Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If an order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Returns are accepted only if the items are unused and in their original condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging. To process a return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Warning
The 14‑day return policy does not apply to custom or personalized products.
- If the return is due to the consumer’s own reasons, the consumer shall bear the return shipping cost. The shipping cost depends on the courier company you choose.
- If the received product is damaged or defective due to our fault, the consumer shall not be responsible for the shipping cost.
No storage fees shall be charged for consumer returns.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, we will process the refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or Overdue Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Refunds often require some processing time before they appear in your account.
